FloraHolland e-trade

FloraHolland e-Trade

The flowers catalog contains an assortment from the complete range of cut flowers available through FloraHolland, including information regarding availability and which sales channel is used.

The web shop contains Suppliers’ products that are available and can be viewed by buyers and ordered directly, as well as being forwarded to the buyer’s own web shop.

Buyer's web shop
For integration purposes with the buyer's web shop FloraHolland e-Trade provides a supply and order webservice based on Florecom WSDL and XML messages. The FloraHolland e-Trade implementation documentation can be downloaded from this page.

With implementators has been agreed to the following regarding FloraHolland e-Trade releases:

  • FloraHolland e-Trade can deviate from the FloraHolland/Florecom release calendar if there is no impact on current implementations.
  • When specifications are published a FloraHolland e-Trade testing environment is provided.
  • A maximimum of two webservice versions are supported.
  • After publishing of a new webservice version the oldest version will no longer be supported after two months. In this period of two months three webservice versions are temporarily supported.

Document update for FH e-Trade Customer v1.1 / 2.0 - maandag 8 november 2010

Examples and error codelist are published, documentation updated and errors solved from Florecom certification.

In January a new release is scheduled on the new webservice with the following changes:

  • Possibility to order with fewer information using defaults.
  • Support for filtering generic or specific offers.
  • Support for filtering daily or week/long term offers.

Specifications available FH e-Trade Customer 1.1 - woensdag 13 oktober 2010

The ‘Implementation guide' and ‘Message guides' for FloraHolland e-Trade for software houses of customers (buyers) are available for download. See release notes for details.

The following functionality is added:  

  • Support of long term trade.

  • Multi-language free text in Dutch, English and German.

  • Grower-, buyer-, GTIN article number.

  • Locations: Bleiswijk, Eelde and Rhein-Maas.

  • Total ordered quantity for cumulated orders.

  • Description of supplier, VBN product and delivery location.

  • FloraHolland company code grower (Dutch: ‘administratie nummer’).

Currently the following additions are planned for the release of March 2011, these are not definitive nor complete.

  • Support of committed sales (offer quantity for one buyer which cannot be altered during a certain period).

  • More packing options in supply.

  • Additional packing price in supply.

  • Packing price (Dutch: fustprijs).
